Homemade omelette with fresh brown eggs from a neighbor’s farm, spinach, roasted red peppers, mushrooms, and swiss cheese.
MDW is always a great beginning to the grilling season. This year’s menu included steak, shrimp, and several vegetable-rich side dishes. The shrimp were marinated two ways: Caribbean jerk and garlic, lemon, and olive oil.
We may have gone a little overboard, but the leftover shrimp tasted delicious the next day on top of a mixed green salad.
